Ticketing Officer(M/F)

Responsibilities:

• Make and confirm travel arrangements for passengers by using computers and manuals to determine timetables, taxes, and other information.
• Resolving any ticketing issues such as lost, fraudulent or damaged ticket enquiries.
• Assisting customers with travel itineraries, information about travel destinations, and other travel-related queries.
• Communicate with customers.
• Process ticket changes and refunds.

Requirements:

• Bachelor running
• At least 1 year experience in same field
• Creative thinking
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to work well within a team
