• Conducting initial assessments to understand the client's needs, goals, and challenges.
• Recommending resources, interventions, or changes to achieve these goals.
• Helping clients develop skills and strategies for problem-solving and decision-making.
• Keeping detailed records of client interactions, assessments, and progress.

Requirements:

• Have 1 years experienced in same field(Japan,Korea Consultancy)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational Knowledge
• Problem-Solving Skills
