Responsibilities:

• Prepare, organize, and manage HR documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and company policies.
• Create and maintain electronic and physical filing systems for HR documents.
• Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Suggest improvements to HR processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Have experience in related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment.
