Job Description
A photographer and videographer are responsible for capturing high-quality visual content, including photographs and videos, by meticulously planning shots, setting up lighting, operating cameras, and editing the raw footage to create a polished final product, often requiring a keen eye for detail, artistic vision, and strong technical skills in both photography and videography techniques.
Key responsibilities include:

Pre-production:
- Consulting with clients to understand their needs and vision.
- Scouting locations and planning shot lists.
- Selecting appropriate camera equipment and lighting setups.
- Coordinating with other team members like makeup artists or stylists.

Production (Photography):
- Composing shots with attention to framing, perspective, and background.
- Adjusting camera settings for optimal exposure and image quality.
- Capturing diverse angles and perspectives to tell a story.
- Utilizing natural and artificial lighting effectively.

Production (Videography):
- Operating camera smoothly while maintaining focus and framing.
- Recording audio with proper microphone placement
- Capturing dynamic footage with movement and variation
- Coordinating camera angles for seamless transitions

Post-production:
- Importing and organizing raw footage
- Editing photos and videos to enhance color, exposure, and composition
- Adding transitions, graphics, and sound effects as needed
- Creating a cohesive narrative through editing choices
- Delivering final product in the desired format
Essential skills:
- Technical proficiency: Understanding camera functions, lighting techniques, and editing software
