Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Female

Location: Samakhusi, Kathmandu, Nepal

Job Type: Full-Time (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Salary & Benefits:

• NPR 10,000 – 15,000 (based on interview)

• 2 days off per month

• Saturday half-day

About the Role:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Customer Service Representative (CSR) to handle incoming calls and manage order-related tasks. Freshers with basic computer skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls professionally.

• Manage and process customer orders efficiently.

• Maintain accurate records using basic computer applications.

• Support other customer service tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: 12th pass

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, data entry)

• Good communication skills
