Position: Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make calls to customers regarding Dishhome recharge

• Provide information and assist customers with recharge services

• Handle customer inquiries professionally

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass

• Basic computer knowledge is required

• Must be smart, confident, and able to communicate effectively

• Physically and mentally fit

Job Details:

• Working hours: 10 AM – 5 PM (Day shift)

• Weekly off: Saturday

• Location: Madhyapur Thimi, near Madhyapur Hospital, Bhaktapur
