Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily work and staff activities
• Monitor product quality (handicraft items)
• Manage inventory and stock records
• Support and guide marketing staff
• Handle customer inquiries and issues
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management

Required Skills:

• Basic computer skills
• Good communication and writing skills
• Must be active, confident, and able to speak well
• Scooter/moped driving skill is an advantage

Other Requirements:

• Must have own vehicle (preferred)
