Position: Digital Marketing Officer

Working Time: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Day Shift)

Location: Basundhara, Kathmandu

Salary: Negotiable (Starting from NPR 40,000; can go up to NPR 70,000–80,000 for highly qualified candidates)

Qualification: Bachelor Passed

Business Module: Manpower / HR Services

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain all company digital platforms, including the website, social media pages, and online recruitment portals
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote manpower recruitment services
• Create, edit, and publish marketing materials such as posters, banners, videos, and advertisements
• Handle and monitor all digital marketing platforms
• Support online branding and recruitment campaigns

Requirements:

• Must have prior experience in digital marketing
• Graphic design skills required
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Strong learning attitude and willingness to stay updated with digital marketing trends
• Creative, responsible, and result-oriented candidate preferred
