Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Note: During events and parties, candidates may be required to work until late night as per operational requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the venue.
• Manage and coordinate staff activities effectively.
• Oversee event setup and ensure proper arrangements before functions.
• Coordinate with clients regarding event requirements and services.
• Monitor service quality and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle operational issues and maintain smooth workflow during events.
• Ensure cleanliness, discipline, and proper management of the venue.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license (Motorcycle/Scooter/Moped).
• Ability to work during late-night events when required.

Salary & Benefits:

• Starting Salary: Rs. 25,000 – Rs. 30,000
• Weekly 1 day off
