Position: Recruitment Associate

Working Time: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Day Shift)

Location: Basundhara, Tokha-5, Kathmandu

Salary: NPR 20,000+

Holiday: Saturday Off

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree Completed

Job Responsibilities:

• Search for and contact potential candidates
• Collect, review, and screen CVs
• Schedule and coordinate interviews
• Verify and check candidate documents
• Conduct follow-up calls with candidates
• Maintain and update the candidate database
• Coordinate between employers and candidates
• Assist in the overall recruitment and hiring process

Requirements:

• Previous recruitment experience is preferred, but candidates with basic recruitment knowledge may also apply
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle candidate coordination and follow-up tasks
• Organized, responsible, and willing to learn
