Position: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Working Time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Day Shift)
Location: Basundhara, Tokha-5, Kathmandu
No. of Vacancies: 2
Gender: Female
Holiday: 1 Day Off Per Week
Qualification: 12 Passed
Industry: E-commerce / Online Store
Job Responsibilities:
- Make and receive customer calls
- Deal with customers and handle inquiries
- Explain products and services to customers
- Reply to customer messages on various platforms
- Provide customer support and maintain good customer relationships
- Assist with daily customer service operations
Requirements:
- Ability to communicate and deal with customers confidently
- Experience is preferred
- Freshers can also apply if they are smart, talented, and quick learners
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Presentable and customer-friendly personality
