Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Location: Bafal, Kathmandu
Industry: E-commerce / Retail Operations

Educational Qualification: Minimum 12 Passed
Experience Required: Candidates with prior work experience in any field preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage online orders for furniture and decorative products.
- Pack products accurately and prepare them for dispatch.
- Generate bills and invoices as required.
- Maintain order records and perform data entry tasks.
- Communicate with customers regarding orders and delivery updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing.
- Handle customer inquiries in a professional manner.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 Passed.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
- Good communication and customer handling abilities.
- Active, responsible, and detail-oriented personality.
- Prior work experience in any field will be an advantage.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours
- 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
