Key Responsibilities

• Make and receive customer calls professionally.
• Take customer orders and process inquiries efficiently.
• Reply to customer messages and provide accurate information.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Assist with daily customer service and administrative tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of +2 (12 Passed).
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Smart, active, and customer-oriented personality.
• Ability to handle customers professionally and work efficiently.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are both encouraged to apply.
