• Position: Assistant Splicer
• Location: Dhalkebar
• Working Hours: 8 Hours per Day
• Work Area: Field-based (Ncell network maintenance)
• Salary: Rs. 28,000 per month + Lodging
• Benefits:

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining Ncell network infrastructure.
• Perform fiber optic splicing and support fiber technicians.
• Prepare tools and fiber optic cables for installation and repair.
• Handle splicing, sleeve protection, and joint box fitting.
• Carry out field and aerial cable work.
• Test fiber connections and troubleshoot network issues.
• Follow safety procedures and prepare daily work reports.

Requirements

• Experience in fiber technician work and fiber optic splicing.
• Good communication skills.
• Active, smart, honest, and responsible.
• Willing to work in field environments and be available for emergency duties (24/7 when required).
• Candidates with their own motorcycle are preferred, as overtime opportunities are available.
