• Position: Helper
• Location: Hetauda
• Working Hours: 8 Hours per Day
• Salary:
  • Rs. 19,500 per month (Helper)
  • Rs. 21,000 per month (If the candidate has basic technician knowledge)
• Benefits:

  • Overtime (OT) pay for work beyond 8 hours.
  • Food allowance provided when working outside the assigned work location.
  • Annual Leave: 12 days.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with daily installation and maintenance work.
• Support general company operations and field activities.
• Carry tools, equipment, and materials as required.
• Help with basic technical tasks under the guidance of technicians.
• Follow safety procedures and complete assigned tasks efficiently.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a helper is preferred.
• Candidates with 2–4 months of technician/helper experience or basic technical knowledge will be given preference.
• Active, smart, honest, and responsible.
• Willing to work in the field and remain available for emergency duties (24/7 when required).
• Candidates with their own motorcycle are preferred, as overtime opportunities are available.
