• Position: Customer Service Representative
• Location: Khichapokhari, Kathmandu
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Weekly Off: One day per week

Job Responsibilities

• Handle the company's online store.
• Respond to customer calls and messages professionally.
• Perform laptop typing and basic computer tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with inquiries.
• Maintain polite, friendly, and professional communication with customers.

Requirements

• Basic computer knowledge and laptop typing skills.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Basic English reading and speaking ability.
• Active, smart, honest, and loyal.
• Freshers are welcome; full training will be provided.
• Candidates will undergo a 3-day trial period, followed by a 1-year employment agreement upon selection.
