Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through online platforms.
• Create basic promotional videos for social media and online marketing.
• Confirm customer orders and coordinate the order process.
• Maintain positive customer relationships by providing excellent service.
• Support daily customer service and online sales operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of +2 (12 Passed).
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic English literacy.
• Active, responsible, and customer-oriented personality.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are both encouraged to apply.
