• Position: Manager
• Location: Basundhara, Kathmandu
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Salary: Rs. 25,000 – Rs. 30,000 per month
• Weekly Off: Saturday

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and manage the manpower management system.
• Handle marketing-related activities and business development.
• Use and manage manpower software for daily operations.
• Supervise office operations and coordinate staff activities.
• Ensure smooth workflow and support overall office management.
• Perform other managerial duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must have experience working in the manpower industry.
• Must possess the government-authorized certificate required for manpower management.
• Diploma-level computer skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Active, smart, and professional.
• Able to communicate politely and work well under pressure.
• Knowledge of manpower software and marketing is required.
