• Position: IT Technician
  Location: Teku, Kathmandu
• Working Hours: 9:45 AM – 5:45 PM
• Salary: Rs. 20,000 – Rs. 60,000 per month
• Weekly Off: Saturday

Job Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and IT equipment.
• Install, update, and troubleshoot operating systems and software.
• Diagnose and resolve network and internet connectivity issues.
• Perform data backup and support cybersecurity measures.
• Provide technical support and helpdesk assistance to users.
• Carry out routine IT maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.

Requirements

• Previous IT experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of hardware installation and maintenance.
• Good understanding of operating systems, software, networking, and IT support.
• IT support and networking skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Smart, active, honest, and responsible.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
