Duty Time: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor the daily activities of staff members.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage inventory, stock records, and daily operational reports.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance when needed.
• Visit the market when required to oversee business operations and maintain client relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant supervisory experience.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Valid Category A driving license (Motorcycle/Scooter/Moped).
• Willingness to travel for market visits and field responsibilities.
• Responsible, proactive, and capable of leading a team effectively.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: NPR 30,000 – 45,000 per month.
• Additional Benefits: NPR 400 per day for lunch allowance and 25 liters of fuel per month.
• Holiday: Saturday off.
