• Job Location: Swayambhu, Kathmandu

• Industry: Distributors / Dealers / Wholesalers 

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (8 Hours, Negotiable)

• Weekly Off: 1 Day per Week

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and communicate with customers professionally.

• Provide good customer service and respond to customer inquiries.

• Speak politely and confidently with customers over the phone.

• Maintain positive relationships with customers.

• Assist customers with product-related information and queries.

• Support other customer service activities as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 12 Passed.

• Freshers are welcome.

• Basic computer skills.

• Basic understanding of customer service.

• Good communication and speaking skills.

• Ability to communicate confidently and politely over the phone.
