Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for the manpower company.

• Generate and manage a strong pool of potential candidates.

• Focus on candidate sourcing and recruitment to bring in as many suitable candidates as possible.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.

• Handle public relations and maintain a positive company image.

• Communicate with candidates professionally and provide necessary information.

• Coordinate with internal teams regarding recruitment and marketing activities.

• Follow up with candidates and maintain regular communication.

• Monitor marketing performance and work toward achieving recruitment targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 2–3 years of experience in the manpower/recruitment sector is required.

• Previous experience specifically in a manpower company is highly preferred.

• Strong public relations and communication skills.

• Diploma-level computer skills.

• Good understanding of marketing and candidate sourcing.

• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.

• Must be confident, smart, active, honest, and loyal.

• Ability to attract and manage a large number of candidates.
