Job Responsibilities

• Handle sales and customer inquiries.

• Communicate with customers and explain cargo services clearly.

• Assist customers with their cargo and service-related requirements.

• Handle customer interactions professionally and resolve basic queries.

• Support daily sales and office operations as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 12 Passed

• Previous sales or customer service experience is required.

• Good English speaking and communication skills.

• Good customer-handling skills.

• Basic knowledge of sales and customer service.

• Confident and professional communication ability.
