• Create engaging social media content for products and services.

• Handle customer communication professionally through social media.

• Support promotional activities and maintain an active online presence.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: 12 Passed.

• Good English communication skills.

• Excellent communication and writing skills.

• Basic knowledge of social media platforms.

• Ability to create engaging content.

• Comfortable conducting live sessions and interacting with customers online.

• Basic customer handling skills.
