Job Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and counselling to candidates regarding employment opportunities.

• Assist candidates with documentation and recruitment processing.

• Coordinate with candidates, clients, and relevant departments.

• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Explain recruitment procedures and required documentation clearly.

• Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation.

• Handle candidate inquiries and provide appropriate support.

• Ensure smooth and efficient recruitment-related activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: 12 Passed.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manpower company.

• Diploma-level computer skills.

• Good communication and writing skills.

• Strong candidate counselling and communication skills.

• Good documentation and processing skills.

• Basic understanding of manpower recruitment procedures.
