Job Responsibilities

• Handle all air ticketing-related tasks and daily ticketing operations.

• Manage flight bookings, reservations, ticket issuance, and related documentation.

• Communicate professionally with clients and provide suitable travel solutions.

• Maintain good relationships with clients, manpower companies, and consultancies.

• Develop and maintain strong business links with manpower and consultancy agencies.

• Handle client inquiries, negotiate appropriately, and convert potential clients.

• Bring in new clients and contribute to business growth.

• Achieve assigned sales and client acquisition targets.

• Perform ticketing calculations accurately and responsibly.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: 12 Passed.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in air ticketing or a related travel agency role.

• Must have comprehensive knowledge of air ticketing work.

• Basic computer skills.

• Good communication and writing skills.

• Strong client-handling and relationship-building skills.

• Good calculation and numerical skills.

• Ability to meet targets and work responsibly.
