Job Responsibilities

• Conduct marketing activities for the manpower and recruitment company.

• Handle public relations and maintain professional relationships with clients.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential clients and candidates.

• Manage digital marketing activities and promote company services through online platforms.

• Communicate with clients and business partners professionally.

• Support the company in achieving marketing and business development targets.

• Maintain regular follow-up with clients and potential business contacts.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: 12 Passed.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the manpower/recruitment industry is required.

• Knowledge of marketing and public relations.

• Good understanding of digital marketing.

• Basic computer skills.

• Good communication and writing skills.

• Strong interpersonal and client-handling skills.
