• Working Hours: 7:30 AM – 10:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare a wide variety of popular Nepali and other commonly served foods.

• Prepare different types of snacks and Nepali dishes.

• Handle Head Cook responsibilities and manage daily kitchen operations.

• Ensure food is prepared with good taste, quality, hygiene, and presentation.

• Manage kitchen work efficiently and complete food preparation on time.

• Coordinate with kitchen staff and support smooth daily operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 12 Passed.

• 3–5 years of relevant cooking experience required.

• Must be experienced in preparing a variety of popular foods.

• Must have good knowledge of preparing snacks and Nepali dishes.

• Head Cook experience is required; candidates with only normal cook experience will not be preferred.

• Good knowledge of kitchen operations, food hygiene, and safety.
