Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital growth and performance marketing strategies.

• Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.

• Plan and implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility and organic growth.

• Manage analytics, conversion tracking, marketing funnels, and lead-generation activities.

• Develop and implement effective CRM and attribution strategies.

• Lead content strategy and ensure content supports business growth.

• Track marketing performance, campaign results, and overall marketing ROI.

• Identify opportunities to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and customer acquisition.

• Lead digital growth initiatives and coordinate with relevant teams.

• Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor's Degree.

• Approximately 5+ years of relevant digital, performance, or growth marketing experience.

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.

• Strong understanding of SEO, analytics, and conversion tracking.

• Practical knowledge of funnels, lead generation, CRM, and attribution.

• Strong understanding of content strategy and marketing ROI.

• Good computer and digital marketing skills.

• Good communication and writing skills.

• Leadership and team-management experience preferred.
