Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily data entry and maintain accurate records.

• Manage incoming and outgoing customer calls.

• Respond to customer inquiries and messages professionally.

• Communicate with customers and provide necessary information.

• Operate computers and perform daily office and e-commerce tasks.

• Read and write clearly and accurately.

• Supervise and coordinate daily online store operations.

• Support other administrative and operational duties as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: 12 Passed.

• Relevant work experience is required.

• Diploma-level computer skills.

• Good knowledge of data entry and computer operations.

• Good communication skills.

• Good reading and writing ability.

• Basic understanding of customer service and e-commerce operations.
