Job Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily office and manpower-related operations.

• Supervise and support team members to ensure smooth workflow.

• Communicate with clients, candidates, and other stakeholders.

• Handle administrative and operational responsibilities.

• Maintain professional relationships with clients and team members.

• Prepare and maintain necessary reports and records.

• Support the overall management and recruitment activities of the company.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 12 Passed.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience required.

• Good English communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Good leadership, coordination, and team-management skills.
