Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer payment recovery and cash collection.

• Follow up with clients regarding pending payments.

• Coordinate with clients, the sales team, and factory teams.

• Maintain proper records of collections and outstanding payments.

• Communicate with clients regarding payment schedules and dues.

• Prepare and update collection-related reports and records.

• Support the sales and accounts teams in payment recovery activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 12 Passed

• 4–5 years of relevant experience required.

• Strong communication skills.

• Good team leadership and coordination skills.

• Good client-handling skills.

• Basic computer skills.

• Good general communication and writing skills.

• Ability to coordinate effectively with sales and factory teams.
