Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide proper information.

• Communicate with customers regarding courier and cargo services.

• Assist customers with their service-related questions and requests.

• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate support.

• Maintain good customer relationships.

• Perform basic computer and data-entry tasks.

• Support other customer service and office duties as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 12 Passed.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Basic knowledge of computer operations.

• Good understanding of normal/basic English.

• Ability to communicate politely and confidently with customers.

• Smart, active, and customer-friendly personality.
