Job Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist them in selecting suitable bags.

• Handle sales activities and deal with customers professionally.

• Explain product features, prices, and other relevant details to customers.

• Communicate effectively with customers in English.

• Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.

• Handle basic computer-related tasks and daily sales records.

• Keep the shop and products clean, organized, and well-maintained.

• Support daily shop operations and achieve sales targets when required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Must have completed Grade 12.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Good English communication skills are required.

• Basic computer knowledge and operating skills are necessary.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.

• Must be responsible, honest, and customer-oriented.
