Job Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests and provide professional customer service.

• Manage restaurant reservations and assist guests with bookings.

• Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortably seated.

• Pay special attention to VIP guests and provide personalized service.

• Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth service.

• Handle guest requests and assist with customer concerns.

• Maintain high standards of hospitality and professionalism.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 12 Passed.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience is required.

• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.

• Good knowledge of restaurant operations and guest handling.

• Ability to manage reservations and coordinate table arrangements.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional attitude.
