• Education: 12th Grade Passed

• Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Handle online sales activities and manage social media platforms.

• Reply to customer messages and inquiries promptly.

• Provide product information, prices, sizes, and availability to online customers.

• Conduct live sessions on social media to showcase clothing products.

• Assist customers with online orders and purchase inquiries.

• Maintain customer engagement through social media.

• Support daily sales activities and store operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Must have completed Grade 12.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Basic computer knowledge and social media handling skills are required.

• Must be smart, presentable, active, and confident.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Ability to reply to messages professionally and manage online customer inquiries.

• Candidates who can confidently participate in social media live sessions are preferred.
