Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the restaurant's overall performance and success.
• Analyze and strategize to enhance sales levels and profitability.
• Coordinate marketing activities, including promotional events and discount programs.
• Compile end-of-shift and weekly reports on staff management, food inventory, and sales.
• Develop and implement strategies for sales growth, profit enhancement, and staff development.
• Establish budgets or collaborate with senior management to set financial targets.
• Recruit, nurture, and terminate employees as necessary.
