Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers with their inquiries, issues, and needs.
• Handling complaints and resolving issues to the customer's satisfaction.
• Ensuring that problems are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
• Suggesting improvements to products, services, or processes based on customer feedback.
• Maintaining clear, polite, and professional communication with customers.
• Participating in team meetings and training sessions.
