Job Description
Inventory management
- Receive and verify goods
- Monitor stock levels
- Replenish stock
- Rotate stock
- Dispose of surplus or expired stock
- Ensure proper storage of goods
Customer service
- Respond to customer complaints and comments
- Ensure quality and customer service standards are met
Compliance and safety
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and neat working environment
Record keeping Maintain accurate inventory records, Keep a record of sales, Generate material received reports (MRR), and Cross-verify monthly reports.
Other duties
- Pick and pack orders
- Ensure timely deliveries
- Conduct stock counts
- Reconcile discrepancies
- Supervise other staff members
- Manage the store layout
- Coordinate and handle freight and movement of equipment
