Job Description
Customer service
- Greet customers and take orders
- Provide high quality service
- Be friendly, tactful, and attentive
- Resolve customer complaints
- Accept feedback and modify ingredients to suit customer preferences
Maintaining the bar
- Keep the bar stocked
- Maintain ice, glasses, and other bar supplies
- Wash glassware and utensils
- Maintain a safe and clean environment
- Carry out tasks with attention to detail, cleanliness, and safety
- Execute bar cleaning checklists
Other responsibilities
- Adhere to all local and national liquor laws
- Process cash and credit card transactions
- Assist with inventory and inventory control
- Complete opening and closing side duties
- Serve food to customers who eat at the bar
