Location: Samakhusi, Kathmandu
Job Responsibilities:

• Make and receive calls from customers.

• Manage and track online orders.

• Respond to customer messages promptly.

• Provide accurate information about products and services.

• Assist in resolving customer queries and issues.

Experience: Fresher or experienced candidates can apply, but must be very good at speaking and have computer knowledge (experience is a plus).
Leave: 2 days off per month
