Working Time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Day Shift)

Location: New Road,  Kathmandu

Qualification: 12 Passed

Job Responsibilities:

• Reply to customer calls and messages
• Provide product information to customers
• Maintain order records
• Perform data entry tasks
• Handle customer inquiries and support
• Assist in daily customer service operations

Requirements:

• Experience preferred, but freshers can also apply
• Good communication skills required
• Fast typing skills required
• Good English language skills
• Basic computer knowledge required
