• Position: Social Media Handler
• Job Location: New Road, Kathmandu
• Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
• Weekly Off: Saturday

Job Responsibilities

• Manage all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Create and edit videos for social media promotion.
• Upload and manage social media content regularly.
• Respond to customer calls, messages, and SMS professionally.
• Assist with online sales and customer inquiries.
• Arrange, pack, and prepare products for delivery.
• Support other daily store operations as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Ability to create social media content and manage online platforms.
• Basic English speaking and writing skills for replying to customer messages.
