Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Prepare bills and maintain basic sales records.
• Answer and manage customer calls professionally.
• Assist customers with orders and resolve their queries.
• Support daily customer care and administrative tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of +2 (12 Passed).
• Basic computer skills.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Basic typing skills.
• Active, responsible, and customer-oriented personality.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are both encouraged to apply.
