Job Description: Waiter

• Location: Kathmandu, Naxal
• Shift: Day Shift (10 AM – 8 PM / 12 PM – 10 PM)
• Weekly 1 day off

We are looking for experienced and dedicated Waiters to join our restaurant team. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests.

Responsibilities:

• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
• Clean and arrange tables before and after service
• Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to needs and requests
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a similar role
• At least 12th pass
• Basic understanding and communication skills
• Friendly, presentable, and customer-focused
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
