Job Overview:
We are looking for a smart and proactive candidate (male or female) to handle customer inquiries and support teamwork in an e-commerce setup. The candidate should have basic knowledge of e-commerce business and good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone
• Work collaboratively with the team
• Support daily operations of the e-commerce platform
• Maintain good communication with customers
• Assist in problem-solving and order management

Requirements:

• Basic computer skills
• Good communication and writing skills
• Knowledge of e-commerce business
• Must be 18+ years old
• Team player, proactive, and responsible

Salary & Benefits:

• Weekly off: 1 day

Working Hours:

• 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Day Shift)
