Job Description

Position: Receptionist / FDO / Admin Assistant

Work Location: Tokha–Gongabu,Ganeshthan Kathmandu

Gender: Female
No. of Vacancy: 1

Business Module: Manpower / Human Resources Services

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Day Shift)

Off Day: Saturday Off

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls and emails.
  • Manage front desk and visitor handling.
  • Maintain office records and basic administrative work.
  • Support daily office operations.
  • Coordinate with staff and clients when required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 pass.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Good communication and writing skills.
  • Must know MS Word and Excel properly.
  • Smart, active, and well-presented personality.

Other Details:

  • Immediate requirement (Urgent).
