Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk and reception operations.
- Receive and handle phone calls professionally.
- Welcome and assist guests upon arrival.
- Provide information and support to guests as required.
- Handle guest payments and maintain transaction records.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks.
- Ensure excellent customer service and a positive guest experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good communication skills in English and Nepali.
- Confident in interacting with guests and customers.
- Ability to handle payments responsibly.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
