Key Responsibilities

• Serve customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Prepare and serve basic coffee and beverages.
• Handle cash transactions and operate the counter efficiently.
• Process billing and payments using the POS system.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service and counter area.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a positive customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in a waiter, service staff, or similar role.
• Ability to operate a POS (Point of Sale) system.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Responsible, active, and customer-focused personality.
