Key Responsibilities

• Take orders from guests and ensure efficient service delivery.
• Supervise and coordinate waiter and service staff activities.
• Monitor daily floor operations and maintain service standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and professional service.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve service-related issues.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations.
• Maintain a welcoming and organized dining environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Captain or in a similar supervisory role.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: NPR 25,000 per month.
• Monthly 2 days off.
